My last physical life on the earth plane was in 1258 AD in Spain. I was female, stood at 4 feet and 2 inches tall, was married and had two sons that lived. My name was Francesca and my husband’s name was Carlos. Altogether we had six children. As mentioned, two sons lived and four of our children did not. We were land owners and we were financially secure. However, we were not titled. My husband passed before me and I passed at the age of 56. It was a creative life for me. I rode the Lipizzaner Stallions (commonly known has the dancing horses),"see above picture", I also did drawings and I sculpted, which I continue to do as a hobby on the "Other Side". It was an interesting life. I had a lot of artistic freedom and expression. However, it was not a totally easy life, for life in 1258 AD wasn't easy. However being female and being able to do what I did allowed me the artistic freedom of expression that not a lot of women or men had at that time period. This life for me, because a lot of my artistic expression on the “Other Side” comes from my music, sports and other recreational activities played into my artistic expression. It allowed that creative side of me to come out more, to have more fun. You see on the “Other Side”, one of my main activities is that I am very much into research. I am a research scientist. More explicitly, I am a Nuclear and Atomic Physicist doing research into energy transformations and how energy is used within the different realms of the universe; more specifically, I do research into energy and vibration. You must understand that we incorporate what we learn in each of our lives on the earth plane into our eternal life on the “Other Side”. So that last life, as indicated, helped me by giving me the ability to express my creative side as well, which is important to me!.

Icurrently reside on the “Other Side” (some call it heaven).which is a totally different dimension from the earth plane but occupies the same space. We of that dimension vibrate at a much higher frequency than the individuals on the earth plane. My job at this time is as the primary Spirit Guide to Liane (see her bio on Liane’s Bio). All entities have spirit guides to guide them on the path that they have chosen when they come into life here on the earth plane (except dark souls). I am Liane’s Primary Spirit Guide, I say Primary Spirit Guide because she has more than one. She has four. I am using Liane’s physical body to come in and to share information with the world.
A Life In Gaul
Today I wanted to talk about one of my lives and give a little more detail in terms of what we have done before. As you know, we all have had many lives, not just on this earth but on other planets as well. We have had many lives on this earth and one of the lives I wanted to talk about was a life that I had. (I was debating between two of them) and I decided that I was going to tell you about a life that I had in what you would call Europe. A large part of it would have been in France, during the time that you would have called the Gallic period. A large part of where the Gauls lived was France but it wasn’t totally there. That’s the time period that I’m talking about, and, naturally, it was because it was before what you would call 100 BCE. It was before the time of Caius Julius Caesar because we were basically still free. One of the reasons we probably were eventually defeated is that we were separate tribes that had our own leaders. When Julius Caesar finally marched against us we did unite under Vercingetorex but in many ways that was a little too late.
Caesar was a brilliant military genius. We were individual tribes. Some got along with each other and some did not. We did trade with each other, but that did not mean because we traded with each other we always got along. We didn’t. In many ways I was in a time period before money was really there so we did a lot of trading. I will give this barrel of grain for a cow or a calf or whatever. So you traded goods, or if you didn’t trade goods you traded other people such as we will give you these number of soldiers etc. to protect you.
Now it is true that because, as you know, on that side of the fence my spirit, and I am spirit right now, is a female energy it is true that the majority of my lives would have been spent as female, but not all of them. The life that I am going to be talking about I was female and I was Gallic and I was the third daughter of one of the leaders of my tribe. In some ways the Gallic women had a little more freedom than Greek or Roman women did, but not totally. Let’s be honest. I still had to marry who my family wanted me to but even the men had to back then. What people do not realize though a lot of times even in Roman times, just because you were a male did not mean that you did not necessarily have to marry who your father wanted you to marry. I mean if your father was the paterfamilias of the family he controlled the entire family. You had to do what he said.
The main difference is the women in Gaul did have a little more freedom. You had Gallic women who were warriors, who learned to fight. They learned to use basically the same weapons as the men did. Even when we fought the Romans the women did some of the fighting as well it wasn’t just totally the men. The difference is that when I did learn to fight we did not learn to fight in the formations that the Romans did. It was an individual thing. In other words you learned to fight hand to hand and when you fought an army like the Romans you had no chance. At that point in history the Roman army was basically the best. In reality because of the way they were taught, the way they fought was so different from everybody else. They fought as a unit. The Romans weren’t taught to fight hand to hand. They might be fighting someone with a sword but there were other Romans around them that would step in because you protected the ones on your sides.
As a female Gaul I did learn to fight that was important. I did other things too. As female I married who my father wanted me to marry. I had children actually I had six but not all of them survived. In reality only two of them survived. It was two males, two sons. That was not uncommon. I mean if you lived to adulthood chances are you are going to live, but children often died young. A lot of the children were lost, that wasn’t uncommon. However, if you did manage to live to be an adult there is a good chance that you could live quite a long life.
When you were in a situation like the Gauls, where you were a warrior tribe who fought with your fellow tribes, chances are you wouldn’t live to a ripe old age, which I didn’t. I died at about 52 and that was considered quite elderly. Because I was one of the daughters of one of the chieftains, although I had to do some things, I did learn to fight. I also learned to do things I didn’t always have to do, although I did learn to do such things as fetch water and help plant crops, although we didn’t plant too many. We were more nomadic, so you more or less picked off trees or whatever was available. That wasn’t uncommon with the Gauls. They tended to make villages and they did do some growing but not like the Romans did or like the Greeks did. In many ways many of them were nomadic. You went where you needed to go given the seasons, where you needed to be for food and other necessities. We did take care of cattle and naturally it was a physical job which I helped with. Naturally our women did the weaving, and making our clothes because that is what you had to do. You wove your own cloth. you tanned the hides of animals so you could wear them and you helped to make clothes for both yourself and the men and children. As females you were basically the ones that made the meals which I did. The meals were done over an open fire, although you might have a building or certain places to live in. In general the fires you used for cooking weren’t inside, they were outside. Given the technology that’s what it was. Even if you look at later on, the Romans and their houses, a lot of the time the cooking was not necessarily done inside. That is not to say that some of it wasn’t, but they had to be very careful.
One of the greatest disasters in Rome were fires and there were a lot of them. There were a lot of parts of Rome that burned down on an almost regular basis because a lot of the buildings that they lived in were not built of stone or marble, they were built of wood, or burnable substances.
In many ways we did not live in places like the Romans. That does not mean that we did not have structures. We had little villages but although those villages may be there for us to use you would not be in those villages all year. It depended. The tribe did move around as was needed. We did more foraging than growing. We did do some growing given the structure and nature of our lives but we did a lot more foraging than growing.
Again, as I said, I married who my family wanted me to, but that was pretty natural back then. My husband did die before me. He died in a battle with another tribe which was not uncommon. He died about four years before me and I never remarried but given my age that was not uncommon either. By that time I was not capable of having more children and by that time our two sons who had survived were adults. Because they had been born into one of the élite parts of the tribe, they were part of the tribal rulers, and also the lead warriors when we fought. Did I love my husband? Well not when I married him. I knew him. We grew to like each other and we got along with each other. Did we love each other? No. Did he fool around with other women? Yes that was pretty common back then. I mean women didn’t, but men did. One of the main reasons back then why women weren’t allowed to fool around is that if they became pregnant they wanted to know who the father was. I think if they could have told who the father was you probably would have had a little more freedom. A large part of the reason why men had more control or power is, let’s be honest, they were physically stronger so they could push it their way if that’s what they wanted.
Were there societies in the ancient world where women had equal rights or in some societies where women were equal? Yes, but not too many on this earth. Generally the men were the top dog as you would say. It was a hard life and it was physical. Now physical here in this time period is taking a walk - basically I mean even cooking your meals now is not so physical compared to what it was when I lived back then. If it was an animal that you were eating you had to catch it first, then you had to slaughter it and prepare it for cooking, and then cook it and you had to do this almost every day. You didn’t have the luxury that you have now of having a refrigerator. You had to prepare your meals day by day and eat them. We did not eat as much meat as you would even eat now a days. You had to make sure you had enough animals and other things as well. You ate a lot more vegetables and grains. Look at the Roman diet. In the morning it was bread and water and maybe honey. Rather than meats they had more fish than meat. We did eat fish ourselves if you lived by a lake or you were close to the lake or the ocean. However, we travelled so it depended on where we were what we ate.
It was a physical life. Basically from the time you would get up in the morning to the time you went to bed at night you were physically active. You had to be. We were not sitting in front of what you call a TV. That doesn’t mean that we did not have entertainment. We sang, we danced and as far as keeping fit to fight we had sword fights, not to kill but to practise which was not uncommon. We played various games. We had running sports events. As you know, unlike the Romans who used the chariot for sports racing entertainment, the chariot for us was used more for warfare. I mean we did have horses so we carried stuff on horses. We had the wheel so we could carry things on carts but that was different than a chariot. Carts were used to carry things around. As stated chariots were part of our warfare equipment. You also carried a lot on your back.
You taught your children. I was taught at home. We didn’t have what you call schools. The Gauls did not write things down. That was normal. There were a lot of ancient societies who did not write. They passed stories down. My grandparents would tell me stories that their grandparents and parents had told them so the stories would be passed on down. The main differences is when you pass a story on down verbally from one generation to the next it gets altered slightly. That’s pretty normal so that happened. That’s how our history was passed to us, verbally, so the history I learned might be slightly different than what my parents would have learned.
It was a physical life but it does not mean that it wasn’t a good life in the sense that I was happy at times. As I just said we had entertainment but we also had times when we had to work and do things. Although there were many illnesses that we didn’t understand there were certain illnesses we did know how to treat, like you know when you got a cut or a broken leg. The point is that generally we lived the best we could. Our lives were basically healthy compared to some of the illnesses that you have now a days because we were more physically active. What did I learn out of that life? Well a number of things. I learned that you have to take care of the body and if you don’t you’ll pay the consequences at some point in time. I learned that it was important to treat family nicely and your friends nicely and that when you didn’t it might come back to you at a time when it would have some very severe consequences. Sometimes it was a better choice to try and find a way that was more peaceful to solve a problem rather than just getting into a fight with someone. Those were the main lessons I learned but they were good lessons. As I have said there are lessons on the “Other Side” that we can’t learn there because it is pure love and peace. We do learn here on the physical plane and we take those lessons back home and we do understand the lessons. I did learn that family and friends could be very important and that sometimes you had to bend to their ways because it was important overall, and that it was important to learn that sometimes it could not be you it had to be the community, it had to be the whole., That was important and this life in Gaul did influence my other lives after that, because I was able to take what I learned and say OK I can do this next time or do that because I learned a very important lesson.
It was a good life but it was a very physical life. My life after that was less physical simply because I wanted to see the main difference of what it meant not just on an emotional level but a psychological level not mainly a physical level like my life in Gaul . How what you would know on a physical level would affect you emotionally, psychologically and physically. The one major thing I learned between those two lives was that sometimes it’s best to have a life that is balanced between both (emotional and physical) and you usually will end up in a much better position. For now that is basically what I have to say. #####
How Many Lives
Good day.
I wish to briefly speak of lives, our lives, how many lives we each have and the factors that determine how many lives we live on the physical planes be it the earth or another planet in this dimension or in other dimensions of this universe. Now one of the factors that help determine not just the number of lives we live on the physical planes but the number of lives we may actually live on each of the planets we may choose to incarnate on in this physical dimension (yes, I said this physical dimension, for not all the dimensions of this and other universes which exist are physical as we have stated and explained in previous articles) the factor that does influence a number of lives is the amount of negativity that exists upon the physical planet within the physical plane we choose to incarnate upon. For instance the high negativity of the earth does affect the number of lives in total that we would choose or could live on this earth in comparison to the number of lives that we would or could choose to live on a less negative world within this physical plane.
However, the benefits of living one life on this earth given its high negativity is simply that one life on the earth is equal to 3 to 4 lives on a less negative world within this physical plane. So choosing to live a life or number of lives on this earth is definitely one of the factors that ultimately determines the number of lives we each live within one of the physical planes that exist upon which we can incarnate.
Another factor is the number of physical lives that we agreed to live within the physical planes when we initially agreed to incarnate on one of the physical planes; also which planet we agreed to incarnate upon where we would spend the greatest number of our lives. So if the earth is the planet where the majority of our physical lives are to be lived, the total number of our lives lived on this physical plane would be fewer than on a less negative world. On a less negative world we probably would and do agree to live a greater number of lives. The number of lives we agree to live on one of the physical planes is just one of many decisions regarding our physical lives that we do make before we incarnate in that dimension you people of the earth call heaven. The amount of negativity on the physical planets is just one of the factors that determine the total number of lives that we will live on the physical planes.
Another factor is the density level we will earn by living these various lives and what the density level we ultimately will gain by all our physical lives. There are spiritual beings who never live physical lives but do and can increase their density levels by just living in heaven. It takes them longer to increase their density levels and their level of density does affect what they are able to do and accomplish, but that is their choice. In heaven we do live in a pure and total democracy.
Another factor that can influence the number of lives we live on the physical plane is whether we decide to become a soldier of light, what some individuals call a mystical traveller. When in the army as a soldier you do obey your commanding officer who can order you into life. This may increase or decrease the number of lives that you will be having to live on the physical planes. Naturally to some degree, it is also yourself that is your soul, that being of energy, light and consciousness that does have a say as to the number of lives that you will ultimately live on the physical plane, and the various physical planets that exist.
There are more detailed and just as important reasons that assist us in determining the number of lives that each of us will live within the physical planes but those reasons will be for a later topic once this vessel’s mission has begun to move forward once again.
For now I, Sheila, this vessel’s primary spirit guide bid you good day. #####
Negativity And Its Benefits
Good day This is Sheila. I briefly want to speak of the negativity of this earth, yes this earth, in this universe, and of this dimension of this universe. This earth planet does have the highest level of negativity of any planet. It is true that the copies of this earth in the other dimensions of this universe do have varying degrees of negativity. All those other earth copies have negativity that is less than this earth. So the earth copy that will be colonized by the people of this earth as part of Susan’s mission will have less negativity then this earth which will be a good thing for the chosen people and their descendants. It will be interesting to see how that civilization will progress over centuries of time.
This earth’s negativity is high. Let us say it is 70 percent negative in terms of how it affects the souls that inhabit the human vessels of this earth. Now I don’t mean that 70 percent of the souls that live upon this earth are negative, or evil. As stated previously only 30 percent are considered to have evil souls. What I mean now, in this lecture, is that the energy that affects all your behaviour is or can be up to 70 percent what you would call evil energy. Even good people do things that, at times, are considered not good, for that is how we learn grow and advance. However, that is why one life on this earth is equal to 3 or 4 lives on other worlds due to the level of negativity.
Other worlds’ inhabitants also experience various levels of negativity as well. It is the existence of both negativity and positivity and their balance on each of all worlds on the physical planes that gives the varying different environments involving the balance of positive and negative factors that assist us, of the spirit world, when we live on one of the physical planes to learn, grow and advance as spiritual beings. We could not achieve this if we lived only in the dimension you call heaven, which is pure love and peace.
On some of the other planets of this universe and this dimension of this universe where the amount of negativity that the beings that live upon them and their souls may experience is as little as 15 or 20 percent negativity and some of those worlds may have 10 percent of the souls living on them who would be classified as being evil. In other words even the good people of those other worlds with less negativity do things that are considered wrong or bad but not to the same high level as this earth. However, those beings still do learn, grow and advance. It just takes them more lives to do so than the people or souls of those individuals who choose to have lives upon this earth For now I, Sheila, bid you good day. Stay safe. Love from Sheila and Mother and Father God. CJ will discuss the Council that rules earth and the Council of existence in terms of who they are, their duties and the power they hold over the physical planes. Also, of course how many council members there are; does membership change over time; and how many councils are there that exist; and to whom do they answer. CJ will also discuss The Hall of Records. He will describe its purpose and its physical structure as well as giving other important details.#####
